Back everyone to a brand new rainbow six siege video and today i'm gonna gonna show you guys how to change your rainbow six siege name this is where add you from and what displays in games and stuff like that if you guys wanted to want to change your profile picture. Which is going to be this thing right here. I made a separate video on that that'll be linked in the description.
Let's go ahead and get right into this before we start please draw.
My district or server. The link for that is in the description. So let's go ahead and start so.
This is going to work for both xbox pc.
Ps4. It doesn't really matter. If you're on pc.
You can just go ahead and look up the uplay app.
Wherever you are and if you're on console you can just go ahead and open up a browser on a separate laptop or your mobile device. But if you're on pc. It just makes it a little quicker so you go for it if you're on pc.
Open the uplay app and then go to the top right click on your name and then go to edit my profile from console completely skip this step and if you're on pc.
You you don't really have to do this this will be a link in the description. If you want to do it through there so if this is just pretty much gonna take you to this link. Which is going to be in the description.
It's going to be club ubisoft com.
That is what its gonna take you to that'll be the description. So you really don't have to do anything except type that in your web browser. But if you do through you play makes it a little quicker next from here you go to the top right.
If you're already signed in if you're not signed in sign in now once you've signed in go to the top right click on your name and it's gonna show your profile your name all this stuff then you want to go to account management.
Which is going to be down here you want to click on that i'm gonna pull this out so you can't see my stuff. It's gonna ask you to lock in do that really quickly music once you're locked in it's going to bring you to this page and tribute. It's gonna show your current name and it's gonna show account information your transaction history betas and tests security and privacy communication of course we're gonna click account information then from here at the top part at the bottom part is gonna show like your email and stuff.
Like that i'll have mine blurred out for obvious reasons and then at the top is gonna show your username.
Which is your current username your profile picture which you can also change from here. If you'd like and your legacy username your legacy username is your first username you had when you signed up for you play and your username is going to beat the current username you have so you're gonna see a little pencil next to your name you just click on that it's gonna be in blue and bam from here. Delete your username and then just type whatever the heck you want it has to be 3 to 15 characters has to start with the letter and you can only use letters.
Numerals and an underscore or period.
You're not allowed to have duplicate usernames and you can of offensive stuff in your name. And yeah. That's pretty much it keep in mind you can only change it once every 30 days so.
If you change it and you don't like it you can't switch it for another 30 days so please keep that in mind when doing this that's pretty much it change it every 30 days.
If you want super simple all you really have to do is go to the website club guy ubisoft comm. Then just go to your profile picture at the top right. Account information.
Then just click. The pencil. It's super easy.
