Shoddy clean up, material billed and not used, interior garage ceiling damaged Power Roofing was contracted to replace my roof. The bug are not in the roofing simply in the treatment by the sales rep that stated they used materials that were non used and they removed material from roof that they did not remove as information technology was not on the roof to remove. Via text I take from said sales rep calling me a liar and that they do non lie. There is besides an issue with the 3 roofers that were sent had to call the office for Nelson to interp for them. There is too an issue with there was no inspector that came and wait at the 1st layer of the roof earlier shingles added and when an inspector did finally bear witness, it was after the fact and said that there was some issue with the vent and he did non laissez passer the roof. I am seeking no further calls, emails, letters or text from the sales representative Mike Brennan. I would be happy to discuss the issues with the owner of the company, even so if he speaks to me similar he spoke to others in his responds to complaints, then email from him no telephone calls as I find that his responds are very abusive and unprofessional and had I take done the proper research and seen those responds I would accept not used his company as I feel that the responds were very harsh and rude.

In response to this complaint. Lets breakup Mrs. ****** comments one by one. We cleaned her property as we e'er do on every house nosotros replace a roof. If there is a couple plastic caps or a few nails left in the g, this is the norm every bit in that location is thirty,000 nails coming off and being put dorsum on. It is extremely difficult to get them all. Mrs. ****** could have only called Mike her sales rep and nosotros would have sent our field manager out to do a in one case over. The interior garage ceiling is the very first time we are hearing well-nigh. It has been over 3 weeks since we finished the job and now she brings this up. Heres a fact, we wouldn't have even been on the garage if she moved her car so we could put our dumpster in the proper spot. She refused because she claimed leaves would become on it. Then nosotros had to walk over garage to get to dumpster for trash. The ceilings were all replaced by her herself as well prior to our re roof, so who knows the quality of the work or if it is failing because of workmanship. Nosotros have to get the terminal inspection done yes. And then we will call in concluding inspection. Which brings me dorsum to the same old story, anyone can turn in a meritless complaint to the BBB and slander a company with lies and deceit. Once again lets break down the consumers comments. If the consumer really read my response, she wouldn't take to repeat the fact the roof has not passed inspection. I admitted this. I also stated we have been waiting for an electrical boot that has been on back order which since my last response has been installed. We volition exist calling in for a last inspection this week. The consumer makes yet another statement about the owner being a pencil pusher, the owner is in the field every day going to equally many jobs every bit possible ALL over Cardinal Florida inside a 200 mile radius. The possessor cannot peradventure be on every site. So another false insult. Lets keep track. I suppose we are all idiots to for stating the truths. The trailer was parked on the opposite side of the driveway rather than where we needed it. Therefore the crew had to walk over garage.All because consumer wouldn't move the vehicle. The roof did cost the consumer nothing as our account managers hard work and experience turned the consumers claim around and got it approved. We were non and still not collecting the deductible from the consumer. Insurance fraud is not paying the deductible to the contractor if the consumer would like to throw the discussion fraud around. Then the consumer lost her mind over one piece of plywood we did replace, 60.00 that got covered anyway.
